The precaution of using the conveyor belt

1. Prevent the idler of the conveyor belt from being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent material leakage from being stuck between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but do not oil the conveyor belt;

2. Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;

3. If the conveyor belt deviates, timely take measures to correct it;

4. In case of local damage of conveyor belt, artificial cotton shall be used for timely repair to avoid expansion;

5. Prevent the conveyor belt from being blocked by frame, pillar or block materials to prevent breakage and tearing.
