Hot Splicing Standard:

1. About the angle for hot splice, our control standard is usually higher than Chinese national standard.

when the belt width ≤1 m, the hot splice angle usually controlled 45°-60°.

when the belt width ＞1 m, the hot splice angle usually controlled 45°-70°.

2. About the hot splicing length for each step, it is 150 mm per step.

3. The number of steps is equal to the number of fabric layers minus one. For example, if the fabric layers

is 4ply, then the number of steps is 3 steps.

4. About the accuracy of endless belt length:

when the required endless length ≤20m，the tolerane can be controlled ±50mm.

when the required endless length ＞20m，the tolerane can be controlled ±75mm.
